Follow the Suggested Mountain Circuit
The route is approximately 90 km and requires about three hours of driving without long stops. Allow six to eight hours for viewpoints and village walks. The itinerary itself has no admission or tour fee, but fuel, parking, food and entry to optional museums are personal expenses.

Allow Time and Drive Defensively
Mountain roads are narrow and winding. Drive on the left, allow faster vehicles to pass only where safe and check weather conditions before leaving. Snow, ice, fog, wildfire restrictions or roadworks can require a different plan.
